I object, your Honor!

Our last work, and probably the most challenging, was to improve and present a guidance plan. In addition, we were asked to add a "practical case" in order to exemplify how the guidance plan would act. In order to do so, we looked for a school with a progressive methodology. We read the official documents the school had and we also searched for information related to TDAH syndrome, our practical case. Once all we had read everything and the written part was done we began to think about the presentation in class. It was not an easy task since it had to be practical, enjoyable and useful. Finally, we thought that the best way to carry it out was doing a short performance. We worked on it and we developed a script and distributed the roles. The plot of our performance was about a counsellor who was being judged because of his guidance plan. In my opinion, it was a good idea because we do not only explain our guidance plan but we also give reasons that supported it. Finally, we did the performance in class (with props!) and at the end of it we answered some questions.

From my point of view, this work has been a good idea not only because the content we have learned but also because we have been asked to be creative. Since we are supposed to become teachers, it is very important to know how to share an information and how to connect with the audience.
